This MR16 LED bulb operates on a 12V voltage. To prevent damage, please ensure that you do not use it directly with a higher voltage. It is necessary to equip it with a transformer, and we highly recommend using an LED transformer for stable performance.

These MR16 LED bulbs have a standard size of 50mm (height) x 50mm (diameter), making them easy to replace traditional MR16 halogen bulbs. They fit perfectly into your fixtures without any issues. Please note that these bulbs are designed to replace 1.97-inch (50mm) MR16 halogen bulbs and are not intended for use with 1.38-inch (35mm) diameter MR11 lamps.

The MikeWin MR16 LED Spotlight (50W equivalent) features a GU5.3 bi-pin base. This high-quality and energy-efficient light provides the same brightness as a standard 50W incandescent bulb, yet consumes 85% less energy, resulting in a significantly longer lifespan.

Recommended for indoor use, these MR16 bulbs can also be used outdoors when installed with waterproof enclosures. Common customer applications include home indoor track lighting, recessed ceiling or display lighting, desk or table lights, and pathway or landscape lighting (when installed in proper enclosures). To prevent damage, please do not connect this bulb directly to a voltage higher than 12V. If your working voltage is AC100-240V, it is necessary to use a transformer to step down the voltage to 12V, as this bulb operates on low voltage.

Please ensure that you do not confuse this bulb with the MR11 bulb (GU4.0) which has a diameter of 35mm and pins spaced 4mm apart. The bulb we offer is the MR16 (GU5.3) with a diameter of 50mm and pins spaced 5.3mm apart.

This bulb should only be installed indoors or in fixtures specifically designed for outdoor use with waterproofing. Avoid exposing the bulb to water, as it may cause damage. It is not suitable for use in fully enclosed luminaires, as proper heat dissipation is necessary to ensure a long lifespan.

To avoid flickering, it is recommended to use an LED transformer specifically designed for MR16 bulbs. If flickering occurs when using a halogen transformer, adding 1-3 MR16 halogen light bulbs can help stabilize the circuit. This is because LED bulbs consume lower wattage, which may affect the functioning of the system.
